This is a contemporary abstract painting titled, "Drift". The painting exemplfies downward motion of acrylic paints. I thought it would be a fitting name for this painting since it represents the strokes I used applying the paint on the canvas.

Jimmy Clark Jr. is a self-taught and emerging acrylic painter, originally from Louisiana but resides in Florida by way of Virginia. A retired veteran and civil servant, he draws inspiration from his global travel and life experiences. He creates abstract and landscape paintings that reflect his passion for art, which he rekindled after following a conventional career path.
